Originally from Colorado, Ms. Kristofco graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997. In 2001, she received her Juris Doctorate from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. At the Jefferson County District Court of Colorado, Ms. Kristofco clerked for the Honorable Judge James Zimmerman. Ms. Kristofco has significant experience in complex litigation matters, both locally and nationally, and has successfully litigated numerous insurance, bad faith, and employment law cases. Reported Cases: Wausau Business Insurance Co. v. US Motels Management, Inc., 341 F.Supp.2d 1180 (D. Colo. 2004). (Drafted successful summary judgment briefs disposing of case.) Ms. Kristofco now dedicates the bulk of her practice to complex commercial and property insurance litigation, representing both corporate and individual clients.
