Trial Attorney who practices in Massachusetts and California. My motto is "The Client First", in all aspects of my practice. This means not only listening to and helping a client solve their legal problems, but also helping clients to learn how to better avoid legal controversy in the future. I put a lot of creative energy into resolving legal disputes and enjoy the many "thank you" notes I have recieved over the years. My goal in life is to always learn, not just in my capacity as an Attorney, but in my capacity as a counselor to all that come before me. While the practice of law has become highly commercial, I still belive that when the "practice of law" comes before the "business of law", both the client and the lawyer "win".
